Prayer Connect is a Christian, non-denominational prayer community created to help people share prayer needs, pray for one another, receive encouragement, engage with Scripture, and grow in faith.

2. Scope of Services

Prayer Connect exists to provide:

• Prayer support and community prayer networks
• Daily Scripture, devotional content, and Bible-reading tools
• Faith-based community interaction and encouragement

Prayer Connect is not intended to replace the local church, pastoral care, professional counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.

3. Christian & Non-Denominational Identity

Prayer Connect is an independent, non-denominational Christian initiative. We welcome believers from all Christian churches, traditions, and backgrounds. Our goal is to foster unity, prayer, Scripture engagement, and spiritual growth without promoting denominational division.

4. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
• Promptly notify Prayer Connect of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access

5. Prayer Requests & Confidentiality

When posting a prayer request, you agree to:

• Share only details you are comfortable making accessible through the platform
• Avoid posting unnecessary sensitive personal data
• Obtain proper consent before posting confidential information about another individual
• Never use prayer requests to shame, target, harass, threaten, or accuse anyone

When enabled, posting anonymously conceals your public identity from other users. Internal account data may still be retained for security, moderation, and technical operation.

6. Community Conduct & Content Rules

To maintain a safe and supportive space, users must NOT post, transmit, or share content containing:

• Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
• Hate speech, discrimination, or intimidation
• Obscene, violent, or sexually explicit material
• Fraudulent claims, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Content intended to provoke religious or denominational hostility
• Private personal data belonging to third parties without permission
• Content that violates local, national, or international laws

7. Comments & Encouragement Guidelines

Comments, prayer responses, and messages should be used to lift up others, offer genuine words of faith, and share helpful Scripture. Users must refrain from:

• Condemning, judging, or insulting others
• Offering unsafe or harmful advice
• Guaranteeing specific outcomes based on personal opinion
• Exploiting individuals in emotionally vulnerable situations

8. Salvation, Healing & Spiritual Claims

While Prayer Connect strongly believes in the power of prayer and trusting God, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Physical or emotional healing
• Financial provision or career success
• Relationship restoration or specific life answers
• Miracles or guaranteed timeline responses

10. Scripture & Devotional Content

Bible verses, devotional thoughts, and spiritual insights provided on Prayer Connect are offered in good faith. Users are encouraged to study Scripture independently and remain connected with a healthy local Christian church community.

11. User-Generated Content Rights

Users retain responsibility for the prayer requests, comments, and messages they post.

• Prayer Connect does not automatically endorse statements, opinions, or interpretations posted by users.
• By submitting content, you grant Prayer Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, adapt, and moderate your content solely as required to operate the service.

12. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Prayer Connect reserves the right to:

• Review community interactions and submitted posts
• Remove, edit, or hide content that violates these Terms
• Limit access to interactive features for users who break community guidelines
• Suspend or ban accounts involved in repeated or severe misuse

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or Community Rules
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abuse
• Use the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activities
• Compromise the security or technical integrity of Prayer Connect

14. Account Deletion

You can request the complete deletion of your Prayer Connect account and associated personal data at any time:

• In-App: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Web Portal: prayerconnect.in/account-deletion

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Prayer Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at prayerconnect.in/privacy-policy.

16. Push Notifications

If enabled, Prayer Connect may send daily Scripture, prayer reminders, community updates, and platform alerts. You can adjust or disable notifications anytime in your device settings.

17. External Links & Third-Party Services

Prayer Connect integrates with external tools (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Play). We are not responsible for third-party availability, privacy policies, or content. Interactions on external platforms are governed by their respective terms.

18. Intellectual Property Rights

All Prayer Connect branding, logos, original web design, media assets, and software code are the intellectual property of Prayer Connect.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform without written permission.
• Scripture quotations and third-party media remain copyrighted by their respective owners.

19. Service Availability & Uptime

While we strive for 24/7 reliability, Prayer Connect is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server updates, third-party outages, or network failures.

20. Platform Modifications

Prayer Connect reserves the right to add, update, alter, or discontinue any feature, tool, or service component at any time to improve community security and user experience.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prayer Connect and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• User-generated content or advice offered by other members
• Reliance on any devotional, community post, or prayer response
• Temporary service interruptions or data transmission delays
• Actions taken on external third-party applications (e.g., WhatsApp)

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Prayer Connect after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
